A Foreigners Guide to Greek Citrus - Postcard

2.00

When I first moved to Greece, I asked what citrus this was growing in the streets. I believe I was told, 'It's a nerantzi, you don't eat it.' But not everyone has someone to ask, so I made you this postcard. I see you, picking them in the national garden. I see you on Instagram pondering why they're going to waste on the streets. Or you, that friend who didn't believe me when I said it wasn't an orange.

This is a nerantzi - or bitter orange. It is not an orange, it is not a mandarin, it is not a clementine. It can be eaten in preserves, but even there, you will find better options. Just don't.

This listing is for one postcard.
Professionally printed here in Greece on eco friendly card, the postcard measures 10x15cm.

a note on shipping prices: due to the many different sizes and weights of my items, it's very hard to give you an accurate shipping cost if you are ordering 2 or more items. If the actual shipping fee costs less than what you have paid through checkout, by more than 2€, I will refund the difference once the item is posted. Alternately, you can email me with what you would like to order and I can give you a more accuate price for the shipping before you order.
Greek customers: I can now use BoxNow for most small and medium sized orders which will cost approximately 1-3€. Contact me for details.
